What are Ginnie Bottle products made of?

Our products are made of 100% natural ingredients that are sourced from reputable suppliers in Australia and Canada.

Because our products are 100% natural, it is important to test for sensitives on a small patch of your skin (we suggest your hand) before applying to the rest of your body.

 

How safe are Ginnie Bottle products?

We have plans for the future but currently do not hold any organic or natural certification that justifies our claims. We do however thoroughly vet our suppliers to ensure all raw ingredients are safe to use. 

Altogether, this means we can reduce the cost on production resulting in overall reduced prices for you, our valued customers.

 

What is the best way to preserve Ginnie Bottle products? Refrigeration etc.?

Our products have relatively short lifespans of 6 to 12 months. They will spoil if they are in direct sunlight and heat. You can keep the products in the fridge however this is not necessary.

 

I have allergies, can I use Ginnie Bottle products?

Yes. A number of our products are suitable for all skin types. If you suffer from allergies, we recommend using products from our Calming Series and Instant Soothing Series.

Does Ginnie Bottle have a return or refund policy?

If our products are faulty we will happily offer a refund. In other instances, we can offer an exchange only as skincare products cannot be resold. If you would like an exchange, please email info@ginniebottle.com.
